1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may proceed with a return request after delivery.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Certain products such as innerwear, personal care items, customized products, and clearance sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged/incorrect.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product is returned without original packaging, invoice, or tags.

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused during delivery.

  • The return request is initiated after the 7-day return window.

  • The product falls under the non-returnable items list (as mentioned above).


5. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or product (if available in stock).

  • If the requested exchange is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeline, please check with your bank or payment provider.
